Still no spark, plz HELP!

Well I checked the ignitor, and I'm getting voltage through it and continuity. I also checked my ECU, no burn marks or signs of failure. I just checked my CAS and am getting a constant 12v to one of the wires and than 2 other ones on the side are getting voltage as I turn the CAS gear by hand. goes from .1v-5v but the other one gets .1v-2.5v. When I checked the first spark plug for spark it wasn't giving off anything. I just bought a working CAS, so I know thats not it. Any other suggestions? I already checked the coil packs and their is continuity.

I tried to test each spark plug last night and for some reason it would make a clicking sounds when I took out the coil and spark plug and grounded it to the engine block. Sounded like the relay clicking really fast. Anyone know whats happening?
