ok so i have been trying for three day's to get spark. i have power to all of my coil's and also i am getting signal from my ecu to the coil's i believe. but the coil's do not even try to fire, i have checked into all my ground's and they seem good, is there a way to test my ignitor? also i have checked my cas i unplugged it and my injector's click, i have seen plenty of people on here that have had this problem but they never post if they get it fixed

Maybe this help a little.

Put big thick wire from engine-near inj. and coils to frame. Sand off paint make em tight. (grounded fo sho takes 1 min) eliminated

I've seen read heard to many stories about engine grounding! I just do it on my cars just as precautionary now.

If you can get ahold of a labscope with a probe that would maybe help.

The fsm outlines how to test ignitor.

If you look at the wiring diagram in the fsm the coils kind of get power thru the inj.. It confuses me just sayin check it out.....good luck i cant even get my eccs to come on anymore cut the wrong wires ooops.

Did you hook up the ignitor chip ground? When I swapped my 25 I forgot to bolt the black w/ yellow strip wire on the front of the intake manifold behind the vvt solinoid on top of the water neck. Its part of an important cluster of ground wires.

yes the black and yellow wire is grounded out to the intake, but i will try adding another ground to the body from the intake and see if that does anything

check your EGI fuse in the fuse box under the hood. This is what was wrong with mine. Replaced it and it started right up.

I have checked all of those fuses with a test light and they all showed good, also I added like a 4 gauge ground wire from my intake to my frame and it still has nothing. Tonight I tested my coils they showed good I also tried to test my ignitor but it's kinda confusing on how to test it. Is that symbol infinnity ohms? But I only got a reading from it if I put the positive to the E (ground) and the neg to the other side

so each coil pack is getting 12v power, ground, and good continuity back to the ecu?

Yes all the coils have a good 12v power good ground and all I can test coming from ecu is if the wires are connected I don't really know how to see if I'm getting signal

check your cas. Remove cas(ensure you mark it before removal. that way you know where to put it back.) Spin it and listen for injectors clicking while ignition is in on position. Also, is your friggin igniter chip plugged in?

btw have you done the original spark test which is to remove the coil with spark plug and ground it to the valve cover and crank then watch for spark. ensure you disconnect the fuel injectors! you'll know if it's spark, fuel, timing after that.
