My car still won't start, the starter isn't even engaging now, every so often it will click, but thats it, and ive replaced the relay, the ignition, the battery, the starter, and cleaned all connections. Any other ideas?

if your connections are clean and grounds are tight and clean, then the starter you purchased, i am assuming is (solenoid) is bad

i have one going from the battery to the engine in the factory spot, and one going from there to an existing body ground, all clean.

Well shiming the starter is not common with imports, that is usually a GM/FORD ISSUE.try outside test and if you would like to call me in the PM. you are more the welcome,Carlos 407/4012294.I have been building cars for about 20 years and am a ASE mastertech, not a BOOK JUNKIE.

Well I am pretty new to this forums, and being that most people here are so helpful, all I can offer is the same, I always love to help my fellow import supporters as much as I can. We can resolve your issue, just test the starter tommorrow and let me know.
