still have steering/ tie rod problem help please

ok well this has been a on going problem for some time, i couldnt get an definate answer or figure it out on my own, for about 3 months now, and couldnt stand it any more soo tried once again to fgure this out.... ok i just replaced my tie rods for the 2nd time now, and i made sure everything was tight the lokcin plats were on the inner rod and evyerhting, and went to abck outta my driveway, and again horrible vibartions, then once i go down the bottom of my driveway which is a little steep, my driver side wheel maxes out till it hits frame, and the passenger side is normal.... sooo is my rack messed up. can somebody please help. its gettin to be to nice out to not drive my car anymore. thanks for the help/ info

hey thanks but i needed to adjust the tie rod , thatd why is was maxing out, now im gettin horrible clutch chatter ... is there a resolution to this?
