This is only the case because you know she has a BF, if you didn't then it would be a different story. You could always pretend like you don't know so this way you can put all the blame on her, but will you be able to sleep at night knowing you threw her under the bus?

In all reality, the only question you should ask yourself is if you know the boyfriend. And if you do, is he cool? Or is he a raging douchebag. If the guy is pretty cool, I wouldn't do it... or maybe I would, but then I'd tell him about it (and bring him a 6 pack at the same time). Either way, he's not gonna be happy. Might as well get some action out of the deal.

Who is in the wrong more? It depends. If her "ex" BF is a friend of yours, hooking up with her might create problems between you and him especially if he still has feelings for her. But If her exBF is just an acquaintence and she specifically said he's out of the picture, then you should have a clear conscience about PIIHB.
