what is going on with my 240~?!??! sr20 swap, greddy fmic, hks ssqv, walbro fuel pumpo 255lph etc.. I accelerate hard and it makes bop bop bop bop noises and acceleration is hesitant a little bit, but if i hold it, it snaps out of it and comes back to life immediatly? Just tried injector cleaner about 5 miles ago. Dont even know if it is the injectors?!?! no boost leaks almost 100% positive. I fixed my vaccum lines for the hks bov i think. I have it going like this. Look below for a picture. Can anyone please help me? im so close to just getting rid of this piece!!

hmmtry not to run ur bov off the same line as ur FPR, thats usually just for a boost gauge. try cleaning out ur mafs, theres two vacuum tubes on top of the throttle body and one on the bottom, use the one on the bottom for bov, top left for fpr, and top right for wastegate. hope that helps if not email me, stop by my shop we'll check it out for ya. =)

my 240 does basically the same thing. it's fine up until about 7psi and it starts bogging/hesitating very strongly. i ran my vacuum lines the way it says in sport compact car mag, so i'd think it would be right. bottom one capped off, top left for fpr/boost gauge, top right for BOV. any other suggestions? ssmangrove did that fix your problem?

mine ran bad till i ran about 20 gallons of gas through it. Now it runs smooth as silk, even passed tailpipe emissions!

If its still acting up, clean MAF plug and sensor and check for pre-turbo but post MAF sensor air intake leaks.

i found out my problem was a messed up fuel injector. it was dumping too much fuel into the engine and was making it bog like crazy.
