Hey guys, still some questions about idling, hope you guys dont get annoyed:( Just wanna get some details from the expertsIf the injector is bad or MAF is bad, when u start the car, does it fluctuate and then stable or it just fluctuate all the way until u shift the gear? I mean if the parts are bad it should keep on fluctuating instead of correcting itself right? Or is the computer set to compensate the fluctuating somehow?Plz advice:)thanx guysYou guys are really the best

A loose MAF connection may "correct" itself at higher rpm as voltage increases. But it is still a bad connection if it is bad at idle.

ECM presumes injectors are in specification, so does not (and cannot) correct for out of specification injector.

I encourage you to pull up to the computer for several nights and read the previous posts so you understand a little better how your car works. Reading all posts by Q45tech is mandatory for anyone wishing to gain insight into how modern automobiles work, especially engines.

One must also have the FSM and TSB.
