Stiffer Motor Mounts for 07 Altima 3.5 SE Sedan?

Hey everyone did some searching but couldn't really come up with anything... I'm looking for motor mounts for my 07 3.5 manual but I want something stiffer than stock... I can't seem to find inserts or an "aftermarket" option. Can someone maybe point me in the right direction?

I have an '08 and bought new upper and lower dog-bone torque mounts off ebay for CHEAP, then filled them with 3M Windoweld to create solid mounts. All other mounts are stock. That's about the only advice I got. I haven't looked into the other mounts yet, but eventually might.

Yeah that's kinda what I thought. I would go the filling them in route but I think that might be a little too much
