Ive read a good bit about the s14 suspension upgrades that are the most functional and popular. Im not really into drifting--althought I dont think any 240 driver can resist sliding sideways at certain times.Mostly im all about good grip and handling. The ride isnt too much of a concern for me. If its a bit hrarsh, i dont mind. As long as its crisp, fun, accurate..i dont care what it rides like really(as long as i dont need a kidney belt;) )So anyway--to my question--i have read a good bit abou the front suspension, but the rea seems to not have as many options that are common for people to do. I see RUCA, sway bar, of course springs and shocks or coilovers, I have the subframe bushings. WHat else is recommended for the rear end to fell more firm. I feel as if the s14 chassis is a little light in the *** andtherefore makes a bad *** car for drifting, but what about getting a more solid ride that is more consistant and controllable in a turn?other than the pro race toe bars that spl offers--whats left to do?

Stiffening the rear just makes it lighter.

You need to upgrade your suspension starting with the big things and working your way to the little things.

All stiffening the chassis does is translate force to the suspension, so what good does it do to have a rock hard chassis and poor suspension. Same goes for tires.

ive got a good suspension as it is--and the car has a great feel to it already, im just wondering what options there are for the chassis. I have good tires as well. Yokohama's and they hold well. I probably should have been more clear on what I meant. The chassis isnt really the problem other than the light feel in the rear. I just want it to feel a little more stable. agx, and sportlines are what im riding on right know--and coilovers may be what I need--but even still--after that, sway bras are good--ive got those. rear strut bar for the rear seems kind of useless. The rear tray behind the seat of an s14 seems like it would privede alot of strength and rigidity as it is--but hey, i may be wrong--thats what im asking the q's for. ruca's seem to be a pupular upgrade. bushings are my next choice. any ideas on what kind (i know poly--i meant brand) to buy? I have looked and pdm--and they are OUTRAGEOUS in their picing. So they are out for sure. I looked at their coilovers---what the heck is so good about them that they are worth 2k bucks?! Just some q's ----thanks,Josh
