Stiff stearing, 03 Sedan

I have an 03 sedan and the steering is stiff when driving at very low speeds. When I park and turn stop to stop, the wheel is fairly hard to turn, even when I am still rolling (has always been like this). Is there anyway to make steering easier at low speeds? I used to have and olds intrigue and you could turn the wheel with your pinky finger, even when the car wasn't moving (Don't hate me for comparing an olds to a G35). Has anyone else noticed this?

Yeah steering is really stiff on my car too. I doubt there is a simple way to fix this so just get used to it

Sounds like what happened to me, at low speeds/stopped the car felt like it had no power steering. It turned out the steering pump went out. Maybe the pumps bad/about to go?

Replaced under warranty, took 11 days though.
