'Sticky' Brakes ?

I'm a new owner of a 2006 G35x. The Consumer Reports said that the car was great other than a problem with the brakes, i.e. they were known to be 'sticky' ?

I was driving in the rain earlier today and at one point, it seemed as if it wouldn't stop and had to hit the brakes pretty hard. Anyone experience this problem before ?
