so i just recently noticed that my shifter got a bit stiff is this a normal thing for ac or my transmission just going bad

I've read about this sort of thing happening. How many miles does your transmission have on it?

Are you only noticing it since the weather has gotten colder? Have the dealership inspect and/or service your transmission during your next oil change.
