Stick shift seems to be stickin when drivin in traffic..

I am curious if this is a sign of my clutch going or anything but, everytime when I drive in traffic for about say 10-20 minutes of constant 1st and 2nd gear and nuetral, sometimes when it's in first even though my clutch pedal is ALL The way down I need more effort to take it out of first and into neutral. But this only happens in traffic conditions, is there anything alarming I should lookin into? or am I just a paranoid *** foo..

Check your syncros maybe....If that's not it, maybe take a look at your pressure plate in the transmission, but I honestly don't know what it might be.
