You're talking about a leather-covered knob? That would be a whole replacement knob. You can get them at just about any tuner shop... there are several thread pitches available, your Versa will work with only one specific one. Also, the knob has to be compatible with the shift button on your automatic transmission, so you can shift the car.
Caveat emptor: There is a HUGE difference in qualities between shift knobs, there are a lot out there that aren't as good of quality as the factory knob. I remember once having a knob that kept rattling and getting loose, and I had to keep torquing it down. I finally got frustrated with it and put the stock knob back on and the problem went away permanently.
