Sterring wheel shakes

As the title says my sterring wheel shakes not like all around but like its going to turn. Its not constant just random. It happend to me today just shaking side to side really bad. Car was still going stragiht , but the wheel was still shaking and so was my shifter. I was only doing 30. I was thinking it might be the rotors but its fine when it brakes so no need to resurface. Thanks in advance.

could be the wheel bearings...or the car may just need an alignment
