Nissan vehicles hub bore size is 66.1

Yes, you need a hubcentric ring. You don't want to load/rely on your bolts/lugs to center your wheel. Also it has other downsides to not using one. Make sure you get the right size for the outer diameter to fit properly in your wheel.

Measure inside your wheel hub or find the manufacture paper to see if its listed. Wherever you got your wheels, they should of provided you with hubcentric rings.
