Stereo Wiring

I am installing a new Pioneer stereo in my 2007 Sentra. I am also installing a NIRD-01 to keep the factory bluetooth and a SWI-RC for the steering wheel controls. I have a couple of issues. In taking out the factory radio, there is a wire plug that won't match up to anything in the new harness kit for the stereo and NIRD-01. I would post a picture but can't figure out how. There are 5 plugs in the back of the factory stereo including the antenna. The one I am having trouble with is the far right, away from the antenna there are 2 plugs, I need to know what to do with the plug that went in the top and if it is needed for the new stereo?
