What would be the best option for a stereo with a rather large hard drive? I am wanting to eventually upgrade the system but I hate having to burn cd after cd. I would like to be able to store my 50+ GB of music in the car accessible at the touch of a button. Also, I want all the extra goodies (nav, rear camera, dvd not a necessity but why not right?) What are the best options I have? I would rather stay away from fooling with an Ipod if at all possible. Am I right in saying the Avic 2Z only has 10Gb space? I would like a good double din unit with better space capabilities than that.

You may be able to upgrade the Z2's hard drive.

There is some talk here:http://www.avic411.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=9453

Some info here on just how big is too big:http://www.avic411.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=11705

I have a Z2, but this is a little too techie for me to try, plus, with the iPod connection, having a bigger HD at the moment, is not on my to do list.

I'm not sure of exactly what you're looking for.. if you want to stay away from the ipod, you could also get a deck that has USB inputs, then you could get an external harddrive that plugs into the usb input and have hundereds of GB worth of music at your fingertips!
