Stereo quetion

hey guys, i have an 02 max without the bose system. i was wondering if the wiring is different on the bose system or will the bose hook up to the exsisting wires. i know the bose system includes a woofer in the rear deck and im sure the door speakers are different too. i only ask because i get get a bose unit off a friend for cheap and want to know if i should get it or just go with an after market system.

definitely go with the after market system. Bose sytems are good for home audio but its been my experience that they don't last very long in car systems. 3 to 4 years at best so if you're buying one off of somebody chances are it's already worn out.

If you can afford it, go aftermarket...

hey thanks alot for the break down of the wiring on the stereo. would you happen to have the same break down on the stereos for the hardbody Pathfinders. i have a 91 and something like this would be a great help on that vehical too.

Unfortunately I don't have a breakdown for other vehicles and I don't have access to a '91 hardbody FSM (oldest is '94 pathfinder)
