I bought my truck almost 2 yrs ago and have tuned it ,done tires, shocks and basic fix it up stuff. The last on the list was stereo. The last part shipped today and the stereo will be done. I have a JVC head unit eclipse 6.5 coaxials in the doors now a set of eclipse components in the back with a pair of 12 inch woofers, all amped. Last piece was preamp equalizer to tune it to the bad acoustics of the truck. it will be here in 4 days. I am waiting. Now the last thing to do, Paint and some small body work. When it is all done I will get pics up. This is a project that has been a work in progress. I think it will all be worth it very soon. The paint will be the final thing to make it all perfect. Then I will start thinking what to upgrade LOL, that is how this works right? Oh and do not ask what this has cost it will make you sick. I am a man who knows how to work on a budget, and a small budget. I will post pics and full cost of truck and all things spent on it. I think you may be shocked at the over all cost and how low it is.

IT IS DONE, JVC, head unit, sony and mei amps. 2 - 12 Inch lanzar GT comp subs, 2 sets of eclipse speakers. One set of coaxial's one set of components. Clarion presub EQ. It rocks and it will get loud, but clear. Now the paint and minor body work is all that is left. I told you I would make you sick on the stereo price. I have less than 200 bucks in it. I Got the JVC from a buddy for 100 bucks(200 dollar unit less than a yr old), I got the subs and both amps free hehe. I paid 25 bucks for all 4 eclipse speakers. they retail for over 200 a pair.. So for 200 bucks I am pushing close to 1000 watts, and this is real wattage not kicker BS. Now i got a buddy who is going to do some minor body work and paint the truck black again. Less than 1000 bucks for paint and body work. I paid 2000 for the truck. All said and done I will have about 5 grand in a 1991 ext cab, new paint, killer stereo and it has less than 170k on it. As soon as it is painted I will get pics inside and out to post. God I love nissans.
