The previous owner had the boost controller in the din pocket below the stereo and i decided i wanted to move it on top of the steering wheel. So i had the radio bezel and stereo pulled out and was goin to town, and i must have short circuited the stereo somehow because now it wont turn on. It still works because i can run constant power to it and it will turn on, but with it wired up normally, i am getting no power to the wireing harness behind the stereo. I have checked all fuses at the kick panel and under the hood. I have read about an inline glass fuse with the bose system, but since the stereo is now aftermarket is that fuse gone? Im thinking there has to be another fuse somewhere between the main fuses and the stereo that got blown, i just cant find it. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You might have to trace the power wire from the stereo and see if you can find a fuse inline. Are there any wires that look like they've been spliced or taped together with electrical tape? When I pulled my head unit out there were a number of wires that were barely held together with electrical tape so something could have come loose while you were taking it apart.
