Is it normal for when you step on the brakes that the idle will change? In fact I do have a wide band and it sits at 13.5 at idle, but whe I step on the brakes it jumps to between 15 - 17 and goes back to around 13.5 after I let off of the brakes. Which is no good for me. Also when I step on the brakes the backlight of my clock brightens(my clock doesn't appear). Also the idle also changes when I use the light swtich, which leans it out the same as stepping on the brakes. Is this a normal thing (obviously not for the clock back light) for the afrs to change like that? If not, please help me out.

The car is a 92 240sx with a ka24det and e-manage blue for tuning. Recently new alternator (same thing occurred before the new alternator).
