step 4 grey wire question?

The grey wire that is suppose to be connected to the B/R wire (which goes to the ign relay from white plug and ecu), is that the hot wire to the injectors or is that the ground?

Do you disect it out of the harness all the way to the relay area and connect it to the B/R wire there?

I didn't get the clip so my wire ends at that connector (the grey wire connector). Where does the other side of that connector go? I think one wire is connected straight to the battery (L/R) according to the rb25det wiring diagram. And the rest are for A/C, transmission neutral switch, and power steering idle up, none of which I intend to use.
