So I just bought myself my second y33 and this one's tilt is not working. The telescoping feature works fine but no tilt. Any ideas on how I can fix this?

All functions including wheel position control are described in MINUTE detail in there own special sections in FSM. I seem to remember roughly 72 pages of detailed troubleshooting instructions.

Failure to keep position potentiometers clean and oil/smoke free is the usual reason the body control computer loses track of location and freezes up.

Every qadget adds costs in long term M&R............why my new truck has crank up windows and every thing MANUAL.

Are you speaking of automatic mode when entering or leaving the car when the ignition switches on or off, or manual mode?

If manual mode, then you need to rehabilitate or replace the sliding potentiometer like Q45tech indicated.
