Hi,

So I put in new KYB front struts and replaced the sway bar links. Much smoother ride. I now have more vibration in the steering wheel than I did before......any ideas? Tie rods look fine, had the wheels balanced twice....same old....happens when I get around 55MPH.

Anoter issue is when I hit the pedal and go past 2500 RPMS I get a weird whoosing noise....the car speeds up but wondering what that noise is....anyone have an idea?

Thanks,

Well how hard are the struts? If you replaced 8 year old oem struts with new performance struts that are harder that prolly would let more vibration through the car.

I took it to a shop yesterday and they just drove it but said its the alignment.

Funny thing happened today, drove at about 60 for abit and the shaking stopped....went round a bend and it came back....not sure how that can happen if something is out of balance.....

stuts...are new but the shaking is real bad. steering wheel moves left to right about 1 inch....very fast.

Well did you have an alignment after you changed the struts?
