steering wheel turns so easily?

hey guys,before i blew off the ps high pressure line, my steering wheel turned SO easily.

very effortless, to the point where it got scary on a corner because it'd be hard to stay still in the seat and control such loose steering wheel.

anyone know why it would do that?i left the metal pipe coming from the emissions box thing next to the ex mani. just open dumping into the bay, but i dont see how that makes the wheel turn so easily.. and bursting the hose.

well fellas,stupid me for posting this w.o looking at the fsm, but the 14 pump operates at a higher psi.thus probably reason for my effortless wheel turn.does anyone know if i can just take maybe 2 of the 10 fins in the ps pump itself to reduce the psi it would create?

it seems as if that was done to my old pump.. except my old pump was bad b/c of a bad spring inside the pump..

lmk guys, any info would be appreciated..if you have a s13 pump in working order for trade for a s14 one.. i'd gladly do that too
