steering wheel trouble!!

So i got a JDM silvia steering wheel ( s13 ) and im trying to swap it with my old USDM verison.... i took out everything and it led to this one huge bolt. I removed it and it still wont come out i tried knocking it out and pulling it, it wont come out any ideas???

Try rocking it while pulling it, I'd thread the bolt back on a bit so when it does pop off, it won't slam into your face. Just use a little force and it should pop right off.

OR you could use a steering wheel puller.

whats a steering wheel puller? and i rocked and pull as hard as i can, the stupid thing wont come out lol

Should be able to go to someplace like autozone, advanced auto, whatever is in your area and rent a steering wheel puller. If you tried and it still won't budge that will be your best bet.
