I've never done this for nissan car but I did remove a steering wheel with airbag in my Transam. I guess most of steering wheel airbag system should be similar. First thing is to disconnect the battery. 2nd, disconnect airbag connector( It usually have big tag on it)3rd, remove steering wheel cover and remove airbag( it came out in one piece in my TA)4th, unbolt steering wheel nut. (Some may have snap ring to hold steering wheel, in this case you may need snapring removing tool)5th, Use steering wheel removing tool, Remove steering wheel.

I hope this helps you little bit.
