Steering Wheel Stuck!
Steering Wheel Stuck!
Steering wheel became stuck while in lowest position. Wheel scraped when trying to drive side to side and i could not control the car. It loosened when I pulled it towards me. I found a green plastic semi-circle "bolt" on the ground as well.(looks like it was broken off)

Sounds like you had the ever popular steering wheel trim issue with a side of actual wheel issue. You can find more info about the trim cracking, getting stuck, etc. by other posters with a search.
