That says the car is fine and the stock rims are fine. All that is left to blame are your aftermarket rims and tires.
Do you have a bent rim, either because it was made wrong or because you hit something? The latter is easy to do with 20s; I worry about my 19s.
A tire that isn't perfectly round is another possibility although quality control is pretty good now. A few years ago, our tire dealer replaced a Kumho at 5k miles because the belts were separating.
A bent rim or out-of-round tire will wobble even if balanced perfectly on the machine. The shop should use a dial indicator to check radial and lateral runout.
Is the offset of your aftermarket rims different from stock? That can cause problems.
