Steering wheel shaking at 60-75, still shakes after just not as bad. IVE TRIED EVERYTHING. replaced upper and lower control arms, new tires, wheels, tension rod bushings, sway bar bushings, rack and pinion bushings, sway bar links, rotors, pads.. Doesn't shake when i press on brakes so it doesn't seem like rotors. Had alignment done around 4 times as well as tire and wheel balancing. Help. This is very irritating. Any ideas? Its a 1994 Nissan 300zx na with tein coilovers. Does have spacers but took them off and still shakes. Had the car for a year now and has been shaking since.

You seem to have been very thorough, as my identical shaking was a bent front wheel, just BARELY bent but the higher speeds would make the problem show.
In your case I see you did the tension rod bushings and several others, my only suspect then could be a bent tension rod, or even the possibility your alignment geometry is off enough that an adjustable tension rod may be needed to get the wheels even, and not possibly staggered one behind the other in a straight across line which can cause that issue.
Another known Nissan suspension issue is that the front hubs are allowed an excessive amount of runout by Nissan engineers, which they address by wanting the front rotors turned ON the car so that the runout is compensated for by the grind- puts everything back in the correct circular geometry without the wobble, and loose spots that can cause shaking.
I am assuming you may have unfortunately ended up on the bad end of this problem, my own TT only allows me about 55% brake shoe life before the runout causes bad braking issues I won't tolerate, and time for new shoes.
Hope this helps, IIRC there's a TSB regarding this problem you hopefully can find.
