After a passanger side accident on the front(slightly hit to the front close to the front wheel) when I drive the car now, I can hear some noise coming from that wheel and whenever it accelerates or running on 65mph+, the steering wheel start to shaking a lot. Is this the problem on alignment?

Wheel bearings could be shot, especially if the impact was hard enough. An inexpensive check is to exchange that wheel with another from the back.

I'll second that, if the wheel was hit hard enough it may be the wheel bearing. Other causes are flat spotted tires, worn out fluid in ps steering system, blown bushings, bad alignment due to bent suspension and steering components, wheel out of balance. A search will yeild a lot of info on these causes.
