steering wheel/seat return problem

I have a 04 QX56. The problem Iam having is: 4 out of 10 times when I get in my vehicle the seat and steering wheel won't return to the set position. I have tried to reset it and that seemed to work for awhile but then returns to not working. I know this is not a very known vehicle but I was thinking maybe the same system is in other Infiniti models and maybe someone could give me a clue. Thank You. Wayne

That would usually indicate a wiring problem. I would take it to the Infiniti dealer and have it replaced under warranty.

You can get to this setting in your info screens and turn this on/off. Turn it off, which will reset it, then turn it back on and see if the problem goes away.
