Steering wheel R&R 2009 Altima 2.5S

I have a leather steering wheel from a parted out 2008 Altima, and I am looking for instructions to replace the original plastic wheel on my 2009 Altima.

I have the basic radio (without steering wheel controls) and I am curious if the radio wiring is prewired in the steering column? If so, is adding steeering wheel radio controls as simple as buying the plastic piece with the control switches, and plugging in?
