steering wheel mounted radio controls for a 98 Q45T

Hey Guys,I have a 98 Q45T with the steering wheel mounted phone controls. I'd like to replace the phone controls with radio controls. Is that possible? What would it take to do it?

you would have to re-engineer the whole system... it is a pain in the a s s.
