I have a 240SX, 1992 model. Sometimes when turning, either in a curve or turn, the wheel will jerk an inch or so to the left causing the car to move some to the left. Suspension parts seem to be tight. Clearance on the shock towers to the tire is smaller on the left than on the right side. The right is about 3/4" between the tire and shock and on the left it is about 3/8" to a 1/2". I don't suspect that the tower is rubbing against the tire sometimes as they don't change the distance between each other, but I can't see any other issues, so I was hoping someone would have some other things to check or try.
