Guys, what material is the dang steering wheel is made out of? I know there are many complaints but, I can't tolerate this steering wheel anymore without some type of modification, as it has been giving me hand pains when I drive for long distances. Also, any modification you guys recommend, as my parents are deliberately forcing me to take this car to college.

One of these might work. :bigthumb:

Actually that knob was the first thing that came to mind when I read your post. I went looking for a pic /link and I found there are some pretty nice looking ones available and people still use them. So much for joking about it.

Will do.... The thing is that the size of the wheel isn't as big as its supposed to IMO.

Fixed the dang issue! The steering wheel is way toooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo small for my big hands. The depth of the circumfrence of the wheel is small compared to any other SUV.

The fix I found was buying a steering wheel cover.

Wanna compare the diameter of the MDX and other SUVs to this? I drove the MDX for 4 days this week and that steering wheel made this one small.

You poor thing. Your parents are forcing you, in an evil and mean spirited manner to take a CAR to College? My parents dropped me off at college with a BUS PASS and I was truly glad I didn't have to walk.

They are forcing me to take public transportation, and I extremely dislike public transportation with experienec and of course with this era being filled with unexpected crimeful events I don't want to risk it, and would prefer to have a car with me, most likely either the Accord or the MDX, but my dad is making me to take the Rogue, since its "safer" and he paid it off in cash. So, I gotta improvise, as I barely see anyone my age driving the 2nd gens around my area.
