So I have a new transmission being built for my car. Ended up not going with a 6 speed and keeping her a 3 speed. New trans will hold 750ft lbs of torque, full manual forward shift pattern with trans-brake.
So looking at QR hubs I don't see any that have any electrical pass through points. It would be nice to get a hub that does have electrical contacts to allow steering wheel buttons to function. This way i could have a working solenoid release butting for the trans-brake.
Anyhow the point here is see if anyone has ever seen a steering hub with these contact points. Perhaps on of the few nO2 guys can tell me where their button is located.
I could keep the button on a sprung cable and rig a mount on the wheel for the straight line. But I like clean rooms.
