Steering wheel hub issue!!!!

I just bought a new NRG steering wheel quick release and the NRG short hub adapter for my s13. I tried to find videos or direction on how to install but there all on the s14. I'm having trouble putting the short hub adapter on so if any one has and knowledge on this please inform me cuz im lost at the moment. thanks

ok so once you have the steering wheel cover off you disconnect the wires and take a ratchet with a 19mm socket and go to work. then you once you have that off you jiggle the steering wheel off and you can just put the hub on. push it all the way back as far as you can and then put the nut on and tighten it.then the line up the quick release adapter on to the hub and make sure that the tiny little dot is up and center then put the bolts in and tighten with the allen rench provided. then you can put on the quick release on the steering wheel. then snap on the quick release and your done.
p.s. make sure your wheels are straight and you disconnected the battery. oh and if you connected all the wires your horn should work if your car is an S13
