I just rebuilt my rb25 and after taking it down the street to break in the motor ive noticed that the steering wheel has been getting harder to turn over a weeks time period. After assembling everything I turn the steering wheel left and right a few times to bleed all the air out of the rack and pump but it still seems to be hard to turn. Its fine when its in the air but once its on the ground its rather difficult making "U" turns and all. Im assuming its either the rack or the pump but not really sure how to go about testing these 2. Any how to info would be appreciated

Im sure the pump is cheaper and less of a headache to replace than the rack. But the pump doesnt have no more than like 80k on it. The rack on the other hand has about 250k on the clock. The rack looks tired too....But I dont know.

Jack the front of the car up, turn stearing wheel lock to lock 20 times each direction with the car off and make sure the resaviour never runs out of fluid. Solved my problem on multiple cars.
