HOW DO I REMOVE THE COVER, MY HORN IS FAULTY UNDER THE COVER AND CONTINUES TO GO OFF, SO I HAD TO DISCONNECT, THANK YOU.

Just grab under the edge and pull straight out. There are 2 clips towards the top and 1 at the bottom. The bottom has a tendency to break so becareful with it. Then to take it completely off you'll just have to disconnect the harness that goes to horn and cruise (which is just a connector).

there is a screw on the back of the wheel on the bottom. Unscrew it all the way, then pry the cover off, starting at the bottom.
