I HAVE 240SX-CONV-1992-HORN CONTINUES TO GO OFF, HOW DO YOU REMOVE THE COVER IT HAS THE SPEED CONTROL, PLEASE HELP, HATE DRIVING WITHOUT A HORN.

It sould just pull off,with no tools used.
