steering wheel controls

I just got my first infinity. It's a 2006 QX56. I love the vehicle. My only issue is all of the controls on the steering wheel have no power. The front and rear wipers work, the horn works. The stereo, cruise, and phone controls however have no power. The cruise doesn't even turn on. There is obviously something shared but I'm not sure where to begin.

Any help?

could be any thing. could be as simple as replacing the steering wheel or it could be a wiring harness. simple to complex. hard to tell over the internet.

get a dealer or autozone to pull any DTC's from the obd port and work from there.
