Steering wheel control and aftermarket radio

Does anyone make an adapter so the steering wheel voulume control can be used with an aftermarket (Pioneer) radio?

Found what I needed.Yes there is an adapter to use steering wheel audio controls with aftermarket radios

Depends on the radio you buy. I got one from PAC that worked with my Alpine W505 easy peasy. I am sure there are Kenwood, Pioneer, etc out there as well. Check Crutchfield.
