Steering Wheel Column Trouble

So I went to take the dash out and the person before me must of done it before, so when I went to unbolt the steering wheel column the bolts were stripped and the holes were even in worst shape then the bolts. How should I go about fixing this?

I take it the heads of the bolts were stripped, but it sounds like you got them out since you said the holes are in bad shape?

Drill out and retap the holes, then go buy new bolts that are the same length as the old and have the same thread pattern as the tap you used.
