Steering Wheel Buzzing Noise

Hello,

I just recently bought a 2008 nissan altima coupe and i've noticed that (usually in warmer weather) that there is a humming/buzzing noise that comes from the steering wheel area on start up. It sometimes happens randomly when also driving.

I've heard that there is a tsb for this but can't find any concrete info on this. Please help
