My left side steering wheel button cover has broken at the bottom. Has anyone found a good source for these?

I don't think these are sold individually, at least I haven't seen it. Mine is peeling and I am under the impression that I need to get the whole unit. But I haven't really dug into it. You could try OEM sites that have decent prices like infinitipartsusa.com or something.

Good site, looks like they are $144-$166 per side. May try to find a salvage yard price for comparison.

Don't you have an elite plan? It should be covered.

Was told it was wear and tear and not covered. Same for the 'caved in' driver side door arm bolster.

Seems so very many steering wheels have this same issue from the launch of the 37 & 56. I don't recall seeing many complaints on the 35 &45 models and I have owned two with no issues. Clearly, Infiniti have either changed or cheapened this particular part of the wheel. In my opinion, that in itself should make them responsible for including these parts in all of their warranties. Wear and tear is one thing, but when nearly ALL of them have same problem, it should be added to the warranty.

That's a bummer, we warranty them the time. Never understood why stores denied that kind of stuff. They make money on it, and make you happy. It's a win win.

Wonder if I called Infiniti USA if they'd force them to do it...

I have the same problem with my steering wheel in my 2007 M35X. The covering has completely come off.
