Steering wheel and suspension problem

My car steering wheel feels a little bit loose and it vibrate when I drive at high speed , it is hard to describe the symptoms in words but when I hit a pot whole the car feels very fragile . The car has 80k miles on it, is a 2005 maxima on the steering wheel have a little play on it is tight . have anybody here have experience this problem
