Steering squeak? Just started today

So I just got my car car legal finally. I am on the roads and enjoying it.

Today I got a squeak when turning from the column area. Haven't had time to pull the under dash apart. Its almost a metal to metal sound, coming from right behind the steering wheel. Anyone else have this? Is there a grease fitting there or a solution?

Check your power steering reservoir to see if it needs fluid.

I gotta work on the house today, but there is no fluid where I am talking about. Its inside the car, when I get a chance I am going to drop the bottom of the dask, inspect and lube it all up.
