Steering response/power steering

As most you already know, i have 2 s13 fastbacks, one for me and the other for the wife. I've always noticed something off with the steering of my 91 compared to the 93. It feels like my power steering's a LOT LIGHTER than that of the 93s. Dont get me wrong, the 93 is really light, but it also has some form of resistance/feedback. The 91 on the other hand has no feedback what-so-ever. Feels like I can fully lock the wheels to a side going insane speeds with no problems, except for understeer.(Hope that makes sense). Anyway, I was wondering if this could be due to the TC rod bushings....I'm almost definitely sure that the 93's got better bushings than the 91s. The 91 feels like its been really used...... Any thoughts?Thanks~!
